COOKING LESSONS

You can’t actually say you know a country if you haven’t experienced the local cuisine, but why should we limit ourselves to just tasting it?

What could be better than learning to “create” the culinary wonders of a new land in a specially prepared cooking class? What could possibly encourage us to take a cooking lesson while on holiday? Well, to uncover the traditions and local culture of course! Through food, in fact, we learn to savour the cuisine, but also the life and history of the country we are visiting.

Cooking satisfies our desire to experiment; when cooking we learn “hands on” how to prepare an Italian tomato sauce, for example, if we have never done it before; or we can try our hand at preparing alternative ethnic or vegetarian dishes, perhaps, or even ancient recipes from the Middle Ages or the Renaissance.

Sharing a similar experience with the people we love, young or old, can be incredibly fulfilling. Experimenting with traditional Tuscan dishes with the guidance of an expert cook is as easy as booking the class through our web site.
